The library is considered a unique architectural work, conducted by Moshe Safdie and Associates, has five floors and two access, the first access is via a ramp that rises to one side of the building, the second is in front of the square by the main facade.
The building, its interior is divided into two parts by the central hall, a large space of five high. The two zones equidistant from the building are related through the use of bridges. In these zones are areas such as study area, which are interrelated through long corridors leading from one space to another.
The main vertical circulation element is the oval staircase, which achieves a close relationship between each of the floors of the building.
In my opinion, the systems of vertical and horizontal movement are clearly defined in this construction, allowing easy travel and recognize each of the spaces that integrate the building.
